We ship all precious metal orders with fully insured, tracked delivery. All parcels are discreetly packaged with no indication of contents on the outside. We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
We offer free delivery on all orders over €200 within Ireland. Orders below €200 are subject to a delivery charge at checkout.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 noon are typically dispatched the same day, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment has cleared, which typically takes 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery through the courier's website.
All shipments are fully insured for the value of the contents. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@irishmoney.ie so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
A signature is required upon delivery of all orders. If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a card and typically attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no indication on the exterior of the parcel of the contents or that it has been sent by a precious metals dealer.
Whilst we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to courier network issues outside our control. We will always keep you informed if there is a delay with your order.
