Due to the fluctuating nature of precious metal prices, all sales of bullion products (gold, silver, platinum coins and bars) are final once an order has been confirmed and payment received. This is consistent with standard practice across the precious metals industry.
However, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@irishmoney.ie.
Please note: due to live market pricing, we reserve the right to apply a price adjustment (positive or negative) to reflect any significant change in spot price between order placement and cancellation.
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. However, this right does not apply to goods whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader — which includes investment gold, silver, and other precious metals.
For gift and accessory items (coin capsules, display cases, gift boxes) that are not subject to market pricing, a 14-day return right applies provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return of an eligible non-bullion item, please email info@irishmoney.ie within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
